For recording services a reservation is required for the cost of (1) hour of studio time which will be used to confirm your coming and ensure your safety and ours. -For cancellations we need to be notified at least 6 hours before your studio section otherwise you will lose your deposit, your time is counted from the previous hour selected by phone if you arrive late you must understand that we have other sections and even if you are not present time will be monitored from the previous selected time.
For Mixing and/or mastering services we need full payment as agreed, it is important that the quality of your tracks be standard for any type of audio, they need to be in WAV format and that it is within the standard volume range. With a maximum volume of -18DB and -6DB which will avoid picking up background noise in your recording and will leave us the necessary space to work with your voices / instruments. Our delivery time is 5 days turn back. If you need a more expedited service, you will need to contact us and there will be an extra charge for the expedited service you need.
